Who Am I..?
Myself, Dr. K.P Najeemudeen, a Doctoral Degree holder in Management and an MBA with a specialization in Marketing. I am an Academician, Researcher, Writer, Motivational speaker and Mentor for many budding entrepreneurs. I am a JCI Certified Zone Trainer, conducting training programmes for students and professionals on various topics since 2013. I am also the Founder & CEO of Crea Insights – Business Research & Creative Solutions.

I authored 7 books and have published research papers in various international journals and periodicals. I have presented papers in many international and national level conferences and seminars. I have also been the Guest Editor for many international journals. I have conducted training programmes in more than 100 stages. I am specialized in Employability and Entrepreneurship Skills Development Training. My ‘Take Diversion’ series of entrepreneurship lectures are so popular in Kerala.

Happily married to Mrs. Faseela Najeem in 2009, I am the proud father of 3 daughters, Neha, Ziya & Eiza.
